Before starting my own company, I sharpened my skills as District Sales Manager at Southwestern - overseeing 60+ reps - and later as a top-performing territory sales manager at DonJoy Orthopedic, building deep expertise in the medical device market.

Starting from my garage in Granite Bay, CA, I built PMP into a national leader in DVT prevention - developing patented products including Circul8 Pro®, VenaOne™, and PreVent® to advance hospital-to-home patient recovery.

I crossed $80 million in revenue with 300+ employees. I relocated our headquarters to Carrollton, Texas and acquired a U.S. manufacturing plant, solidifying our national footprint. I now hold 22 medical device patents.

On April 16, 2024, my company Xstim Inc. received PMA approval from the FDA for the Xstim™ Spine Fusion Stimulator - a breakthrough capacitive coupling device I engineered to promote bone healing after spinal fusion surgery.
Massive Expansion & Supplemental FDA Approval
XSTIM's Bone Growth Stimulator earned FDA supplemental approval, extending its operational life from 9 months to 3 years, giving it a 3x longer useful life than the competition. I rapidly grew to 130 sales reps across the nation, becoming the fastest-growing BGS company in the U.S.
